Searchably.ai – Client Service Agreement

By enrolling in Searchably.ai services and submitting payment, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. What We Do

   Searchably.ai provides AI visibility and digital positioning services designed to increase your presence across AI-driven search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude).

   Services may include:

   • AI-optimized content creation (social, blog, authority content)
   • Profile and platform optimization
   • Content distribution across digital platforms
   • Ongoing strategy and visibility improvements

   Services are based on the package selected and may evolve as platforms change.

2. No Guarantees (Read This Clearly)

   Searchably.ai does not guarantee:

   • Specific rankings or placement on AI or search platforms
   • Leads, appointments, or closed transactions
   • Inclusion in AI-generated answers or recommendations

   AI platforms use independent algorithms that change frequently.

   👉 Our role is to increase your visibility, authority, and probability of being found—not guarantee outcomes.

3. Minimum Commitment

   • All plans require a 6-month minimum commitment
   • After 6 months, your service continues month-to-month
   • Cancellation requires 30 days written notice

   This timeframe is required to properly build and establish AI visibility.

4. Payments

   • Services are billed monthly in advance
   • Payments must remain current to continue service
   • No refunds are issued for work already completed

5. Content Creation & Posting Authorization

   By signing up, you authorize Searchably.ai to create and publish content on your behalf across agreed platforms, including:

   • Instagram
   • Facebook
   • LinkedIn
   • Google Business Profile
   • Your website and blog
   • Additional third-party platforms as part of your visibility strategy

   We will use your branding, business information, and publicly available content to position you effectively.

6. Your Role (Client Responsibilities)

   To get results, you agree to:

   • Provide access to necessary platforms (when applicable)
   • Supply accurate and up-to-date business information
   • Respond to requests or approvals in a timely manner

   Delays in communication or access may impact performance.

7. Platform & Algorithm Disclaimer

   Searchably.ai is not responsible for:

   • Changes in social media or AI platform algorithms
   • Account restrictions, suspensions, or policy changes
   • Fluctuations in visibility due to external platform updates

   These platforms operate independently and are outside our control.

8. Strategy Flexibility

   To stay effective, Searchably.ai may adjust:

   • Content strategy
   • Platforms used
   • Posting frequency or formats

   These adjustments are part of ongoing optimization in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

9. Ownership of Content

   • All content created for you is yours once paid for
   • Searchably.ai may use non-confidential examples for marketing or case studies

10. Limitation of Liability

    Searchably.ai is not liable for:

    • Business results, revenue outcomes, or missed opportunities
    • Decisions made based on content or strategy
    • Any indirect or consequential damages

11. Agreement Acceptance

    By signing up and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
